Editorial Process
Research. Curiosity. Practicality.
Every article, keynote, podcast appearance, LinkedIn post, and book chapter I publish begins with one goal: Create content that's worth your time.
The internet doesn't need more opinions. It needs more ideas that are practical, research-backed, and immediately useful. That's the standard I hold myself to.
The Principles That Guide My Content
1. Research Comes First
The best ideas aren't based on hunches. They're built on research.
Every piece of content I create is informed by academic studies, workplace trends, interviews, original research, client experiences, and conversations with leaders around the world.
My goal isn't simply to report what's happening. It's to explain why it matters and what you should do next.
2. Practical Beats Theoretical
Ideas are only valuable if people can use them.
Whether I'm writing about leadership, team connection, generational collaboration, or AI, I always ask one question:
"What can someone do differently after reading this?"
If the answer isn't clear, the content isn't finished.
3. Original Thinking Matters
I spend a significant amount of time reading, researching, testing ideas, and connecting dots that others often miss.
While I frequently reference quality research and credible experts, my goal is never to repeat what everyone else is saying.
It's to offer a fresh perspective that helps leaders think differently.
4. AI Is a Tool…Not the Author
I believe AI is transforming how we work, and I use it every day.
But here's my philosophy: AI helps me research faster, organize ideas more efficiently, and improve clarity. It does not replace my thinking, my experiences, my research, or my voice.
Every article, keynote, and book reflects my own ideas, insights, and professional experience.
5. Accuracy Matters
I work hard to ensure every statistic, claim, and research finding is accurate at the time it's published.
Whenever possible, I reference original research or reputable sources. If I discover something is outdated or incorrect, I update it. Because credibility isn't built by always being right. It's built by being committed to getting it right.
6. Content Evolves
Leadership, technology, AI, generational trends, the workplace itself…everything changes.
So should the content. I regularly revisit articles, keynote material, and resources to ensure they're current, relevant, and useful—not frozen in time.
My Promise
Every piece of content I publish is created to help leaders and teams become more connected, more adaptable, and better prepared for the future of work.
If it doesn't educate, challenge, or improve the way people work together...
It doesn't get published.
One Final Thought
My mission has never been to create more content.
It's to create better conversations.
If something I write helps you become a better leader, build a stronger team, or see the future of work more clearly, then I've accomplished exactly what I set out to do.
See Something That Needs Improvement?
Research evolves. So do ideas. If you notice something that's inaccurate, unclear, or could be improved, I'd genuinely love to hear from you. My goal isn't to be perfect. It's to continually provide the most valuable, practical content possible.
